This remote internship offers a comprehensive HR experience within a dynamic environment focused on reducing partisanship and promoting effective solutions. You will work closely with the HR leadership and have opportunities to contribute to various HR projects.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Screen and evaluate applicants to identify good-fit candidates.
- π Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- π Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for interns and volunteers.
- ποΈ Maintain internal paperwork and documentation.
- π‘ Participate in other HR-related tasks and projects.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Current student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- π οΈ Experience with HR functions (training plans, interviewing, employee data) is a plus.
- π» Google Workspace experience preferred.
- π Ability to keep information confidential.
- πΊπΈ Must be authorized to intern in the U.S.
