Talent Management Intern

Empower Filipinos by contributing to a digital finance leader, supporting HR and administrative functions with a focus on employer branding and learning development.

🎯 About the Role

This internship involves supporting various HR initiatives, including employer branding, new employee orientation, learning resource development, and talent management analytics. You will help shape the employee experience and contribute to a positive company culture.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Design visual assets and copy for internal and external communications.
• 🚀 Partner with the L&D team to market training programs and engagement initiatives.
• 🧑‍🏫 Assist in planning, executing, and improving orientation sessions.
• 🤝 Co-facilitate onboarding as an HR Buddy for new hires and interns.
• 📚 Collaborate with the L&D team to develop interactive learning materials.
• 📧 Coordinate virtual and onsite session logistics, including scheduling and material distribution.
• 📊 Maintain accurate employee training records and update trackers.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, Multimedia Arts, or other related undergraduate program.
• 🎨 Background or portfolio in Content Creation, Graphic Design, Copywriting, or Social Media Management (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred).
• 🎯 Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
• ⏱️ Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 💻 Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Multimedia Content Creation tools, Office Management Systems, and HRIS is a plus.
• 🚀 Willingness to build experience in a startup environment.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
