🎯 About the Role
This internship provides hands-on exposure to hardware and software troubleshooting, network management, and IT asset management. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via remote and onsite assistance.
- 🗄️ Maintain the inventory of laptops and IT peripherals for deployment.
- 🌐 Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and printers.
- 🎬 Perform CCTV backup extraction and archiving.
- 🚪 Administer staff door access enablement and deactivation.
- 📊 Update internal monitoring systems and trackers with real-time information.
- ⚙️ Configure and deploy laptops for interns and manage IT asset turnover.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related programs with an On-the-Job Training requirement.
- 🚀 Can start ASAP and provide necessary academic and endorsement documents (MOA, Endorsement Letter, Good Moral, Copy of Grades).
- 📍 Amenable to report to Sta. Mesa, Manila and Ortigas, Pasig City offices.
