HR Employee Partner Intern

Enhance employee engagement and culture as an HR Employee Partner Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in HRBP practices and people analytics within a fast-paced organization.

🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on improving employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience. You will work closely with the Employee Partnering team to conceptualize and execute initiatives, while also supporting HR Business Partners with various people programs and processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎉 Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
• 📣 Coordinate end-to-end logistics for employee events, town halls, and recognition programs.
• 📊 Assist in driving employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, and engagement assessments.
• 📝 Create engaging communication content, invitations, and employee outreach campaigns.
• 🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams to improve employee participation and experience.
• 🧑‍💼 Support Employee Partners in various employee lifecycle processes.
• 📈 Assist in preparing people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• 💾 Help maintain employee records, trackers, and HR documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ❤️ Strong interest in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, and HR Business Partnering.
• 🗣️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🤹 Strong event coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• 💡 Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement ideas.
• 📊 Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
