🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Coordinate schedules, send invitations, and track attendance for training programs.
• 💡 Help design engaging learning assets, including presentation slides and e-learning modules.
• 📊 Administer post-training surveys and report key insights to refine learning initiatives.
• 🎉 Support the planning and execution of company-wide culture events and team-building activities.
• 📣 Draft announcements and newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged.
• 🌟 Assist in managing peer-to-peer recognition programs and employee milestones.
• 👋 Help coordinate new hire orientation sessions and maintain onboarding resources.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Org Dev, Communications, or related field.
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 💻 High proficiency in Google Workspace; Canva or design tools familiarity is a plus.
• ⏱️ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively for the 400-hour requirement.
• 🚀 Energetic and proactive mindset with an interest in workplace culture and adult learning.
