🎯 About the Role

The Admin Intern provides crucial administrative and operational support to the Training Administration and Support Services teams. This role involves maintaining accurate training records, processing documentation, supporting procurement, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting in organizing company events.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Encode trainee information and process course certificates.
• 📚 Maintain and update training monitoring records.
• 🗂️ Organize and file trainee documents for archiving.
• 📧 Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and Requests for Payment.
• 🎉 Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
• 📊 Assist with daily monitoring and reporting requirements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 🎨 Knowledge of Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
• 🧐 Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• 💡 Willing to learn and handle administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
