Support the validation and characterization of cutting-edge RFICs for commercial and industrial applications.
🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on supporting the validation and characterization of RFICs within pSemi's UltraCMOS technology. You will gain hands-on experience with high-performance RF switches, amplifiers, mixers, and more, contributing to the development of advanced semiconductor solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚡ Perform product characterization by defining, measuring, analyzing, and documenting product performance data.
- ⚡ Provide production ATE support by working with test engineers to define, develop, and ramp production ATE solutions.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🔧 Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment for validating CMOS RF ICs.
- 🔧 Solid understanding of basic Digital, Analog, and RF circuit theory.
- 🔧 Proficiency with general lab equipment (e.g., DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, VNA, Spectrum Analyzers).
- 🔧 Good software or scripting skills in Python or MATLAB.
💰 Compensation: USD 25.63 - 48.60 per hour
