We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new joiners, within a dynamic environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Source and screen candidates across job portals and social media.
- 📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- 📊 Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- ✅ Assist with onboarding formalities for new joiners.
- 📝 Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
- ⚙️ Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills.
- 📊 Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- ✅ Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- ⏳ Available for 3 months, on-site.
