This on-site internship involves recording transactions, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with event budgets. You will coordinate with operations teams for accurate cost capture and support audit preparations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Record transactions and maintain ledgers.
- 🧾 Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- 📊 Reconcile bank statements and assist in budget preparation.
- 💰 Track project-wise expenses and prepare basic financial reports.
- 🤝 Coordinate with operations and event teams for cost capture.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📚 Strong foundation in accounting principles.
- 💻 Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting/ERP tools (Excel, Tally).
