Contribute to the smooth functioning of a non-profit mental health research organization by supporting administrative and financial operations.

🎯 About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting the daily administrative and financial tasks of a dynamic non-profit hub office. You will learn about organizational processes, tools, and systems within the development sector.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Support day-to-day administration and office operations
• 🛒 Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
• 🗄️ Maintain inventory and asset records
• 🧾 Verify bills, invoices, and reimbursement documents
• 📁 Organize records and assist with audit documentation
• 💻 Work with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 📈 Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 🗣️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 🌱 Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
• 💻 Applicants must bring their own laptop.
