🎯 About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a technology startup. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate coordination, HR document preparation, and employee engagement activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 👤 Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• 📢 Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• 📄 Review resumes and identify candidates based on job requirements.
• 🗓️ Coordinate with candidates for interviews and assessments.
• 📞 Conduct initial candidate communication and basic HR screening.
• 📚 Maintain candidate and employee records using Google Sheets/Excel.
• 📝 Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
• 🤝 Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🧠 Good understanding of basic HR and recruitment concepts.
• 📧 Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and Google Workspace.
• ⏰ Good organizational and time-management skills.
• 🚀 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
