🎯 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Networking Associate to expand our sales network nationwide. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential Sales Partners, Student Ambassadors, and Retailers, and convert them into active business partners.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Call and convert Sales Partners from different states across India.
- ✅ Identify, contact, and onboard Student Ambassadors.
- ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Partners, Student Ambassadors, and Retailers.
- ✅ Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and onboarding records.
- ✅ Create and manage sales channels with retailers.
- ✅ Achieve assigned monthly sales and networking targets.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✅ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- ✅ Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- ✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
- ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000/month for the first 3 months, then ₹25,000/month
