In this role, you will be the core backbone of operational execution, ensuring seamless coordination between our alumni network, program participants, and internal teams. This position provides a great foundation for your career in operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📅 Schedule and coordinate alumni/participant sessions
- 🤝 Match participants with relevant alumni based on skills and requirements
- 📊 Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- 📞 Follow up with alumni, participants, and internal stakeholders
- 📧 Ensure timely communication and operational excellence across programs
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- 🎓 Pursuing last year or just completed bachelor’s/master’s
- 💬 Strong communication and coordination skills
- 🤝 Stakeholder management and follow-up abilities
- 💡 Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
