π― About the Role
As a core team member, you will own the complete video production process, from ideation to final edits, shaping the visual identity of a rapidly scaling skill-tech startup. This position requires a hustler with a passion for creating engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts learners across India.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π₯ Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms and campaigns
- π¬ Handle the complete video production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production
- βοΈ Edit engaging long-form and short-form videos using professional software
- βοΈ Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear
- π€ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams
- π± Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- π Perform color correction, sound synchronization, and basic motion graphics
- π Organize and maintain media assets and project files
β Requirements & Skills
- π¬ 0-1 year experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or Video Producer (exceptional freshers with portfolio considered)
- π» Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- πΈ Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones
- πΌοΈ Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and storytelling
- π‘ A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- π Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with quick turnaround times
