🎯 About the Role
As a core team member, you will own the complete video production process, from ideation to final edits, shaping the visual identity of a rapidly scaling skill-tech startup. This position requires a hustler with a passion for creating engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts learners across India.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎥 Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms and campaigns
- 🎬 Handle the complete video production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production
- ✂️ Edit engaging long-form and short-form videos using professional software
- ⚙️ Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams
- 📱 Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- 🌈 Perform color correction, sound synchronization, and basic motion graphics
- 📁 Organize and maintain media assets and project files
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎬 0-1 year experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or Video Producer (exceptional freshers with portfolio considered)
- 💻 Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- 📸 Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones
- 🖼️ Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and storytelling
- 💡 A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- 🚀 Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with quick turnaround times
