• 🎨 Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve user flows and interfaces
• 🔍 Identify friction in current designs and propose intuitive, user-friendly solutions
• ✒️ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• 🔄 Iterate quickly based on user feedback and team input

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💼 6+ months of real design experience (internship, freelance, part-time, or full-time)
• 💻 Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools
• 📁 A strong portfolio that shows your design thinking
• ✨ Sharp visual design sense and attention to detail
