🎯 About the Role

This role brings together storytelling, research, and execution across various content formats, from long-form stories to social media narratives. You will work closely with the Content Associate to develop ideas, create content, and manage the content calendar.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Content execution: Turn ideas into publish-ready pieces across social, media, and other channels.
• ✍️ Content creation: Research, write, edit, and create content with a clear point of view.
• 🗓️ Content calendar: Help maintain and execute the content calendar.
• 📱 Social media: Prepare, schedule, publish, and maintain content across social channels.
• 🗣️ Brand voice: Learn and apply SoCoffee's tone and narrative style.
• 📊 Performance analysis: Track basic content performance and identify learnings.
• 📁 Day-to-day content operations: Assist with research, interviews, and asset organization.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✨ 0–2 years of experience in content creation, communication, or community roles.
• ✨ Strong foundation in copywriting, research, and storytelling.
• ✨ Familiarity with social and digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• ✨ Good coordination and project management skills.
• ✨ Interest in or willingness to learn deeply about coffee.
• ✨ Experience or interest in using AI tools for content development.
• ✨ Bonus: Basic design & video sensibility.
