Senior Client Servicing – Key Account Management

This role focuses on managing key clients and corporate accounts, ensuring their requirements are met through effective coordination with internal teams. You will be the primary point of contact, driving projects from inception to successful completion and fostering client satisfaction.

• 🤝 Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts.
• ✍️ Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs.
• 👥 Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• ⚙️ Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, and Operations teams.
• 📊 Develop and present concepts, presentations, and solutions to clients.

• ✅ Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, approvals, and projects.
• ⭐ Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• 💰 Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
• 🔄 Coordinate project handovers and ensure smooth communication.
• 📈 Maintain project trackers and client updates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💼 4 – 6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management.
• 🎉 Experience in Events, BTL Activations, Mall Décor, or Corporate Events is preferred.
• 🤝 Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• 💡 Ability to understand client briefs and provide effective solutions.
• 🔄 Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams.
• 🧩 Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
• 🤖 Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and presentations.
