This role involves leading a creative team to deliver visual merchandising concepts across various campaigns and client projects. You will be responsible for ensuring zero missed deadlines and creating concepts that achieve high approval rates, driving innovation with AI tools.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Lead the delivery of VM strategy, turning briefs into approved concepts.
- ๐ Manage brief intake, logging, vetting, and flagging incomplete briefs.
- ๐ฅ Run a 6-person creative team: assign work, unblock people, track output.
- ๐ค Drive AI tool adoption and track its impact on approval rates.
- ๐๏ธ Maintain a 60-day forward festival/seasonal calendar.
- ๐ค Make calls on concept direction and revisions.
- ๐ Identify and escalate risks related to deadlines, brief deviations, or budget.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ก 3โ5 years in visual merchandising, retail design, or creative production.
- ๐ค Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- ๐จ Hands-on skill with design tools โ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDraw.
- ๐ค Working comfort with AI image/video generation tools and prompt engineering.
- โฑ๏ธ Track record of hitting deadlines under pressure and flagging risk early.
- ๐ฉโ๐ผ Strong stakeholder management across creative, sales, and client teams.
