As the EA to the CBO, you will act as a "Deal-Flow Catalyst," ensuring the CBO's focus remains on high-value strategic partnerships while you drive the discipline required to close leads and manage key projects.

• 📅 Own the CBO’s calendar and pipeline visibility to ensure zero friction in the sales and partnership cycle.

• 📧 Coordinate with distributors to collect required business data and compliance information.

• 📊 Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support data analysis.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🏆 3+ years of experience in project coordination or executive support within a high-velocity Sales or Business Development environment.
• 📈 "Trader's instinct" for follow-ups; ability to push for results across the business landscape.
