🎯 About the Role
This role demands hands-on expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex server environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms like AWS. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🛠️ Provide senior-level engineering and technical support for enterprise server infrastructure.
- 💻 Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
- 🔑 Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
- ☁️ Build, configure, and administer Windows and Linux virtual machines.
- 🔄 Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments.
- 🔗 Manage and support Citrix OR Nutanix infrastructure.
- ☁️ Configure and manage relevant AWS services; Azure exposure is a plus.
- 🩹 Perform patch management and remediate server vulnerabilities.
- 🔍 Monitor server infrastructure health, performance, and logs.
- 📄 Maintain server documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- 🧑🏫 Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
