The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, creating both short-form and long-form content. Proficiency in motion graphics and awareness of current video trends are crucial for success in this role.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• 🎥 Edit long-form content including YouTube videos, podcasts, and webinars.
• 🌟 Create promotional and advertisement videos.
• ✨ Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.
• 🌈 Perform color correction and color grading.
• 🔊 Enhance audio quality and synchronize music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
• 🖼️ Create thumbnails and basic graphics when required.
• ⏱️ Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• 📖 Strong storytelling and creative editing ability.
• ✍️ Motion graphics and animation skills.
• 🎧 Audio editing and synchronization expertise.
• 🎨 Color grading and correction skills.
• 📱 Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
• 🤝 Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• 💡 Knowledge of AI video editing tools (preferred).
• 🖼️ Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (preferred).
