🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a deep dive into the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing strategies and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the hiring team to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific recruitment requirements
• 🗺️ Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and engagement methods
• 🏗️ Build and maintain candidate pipelines for evergreen positions
• 📧 Engage with potential candidates through various channels to inform them about job opportunities
• 🗣️ Generate referrals by encouraging candidates and employees to refer qualified individuals
• 📈 Report and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent
• 🎯 Prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches (ideal)
• 🧠 Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information
• 🌐 Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability
• 🇨🇳 Require bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
