Training & Student Operations Coordinator

Manage the complete learner journey from lead follow-up to certification, ensuring a seamless and professional training experience.

🎯 About the Role

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our training programs. You will be the primary point of contact for learners, trainers, and management, responsible for lead management, enrollment, coordination, and post-training engagement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Manage incoming leads and conduct prompt follow-ups
• 🎓 Qualify leads and counsel candidates on suitable training programs
• ✅ Facilitate enrollment and onboarding processes
• 🗓️ Prepare and share training schedules and coordinate with trainers
• 💬 Monitor student engagement and attendance, addressing concerns
• 💰 Track and follow up on pending payments and ensure collection
• 🎓 Track training completion and coordinate certification issuance
• ⭐ Engage with alumni and collect feedback/testimonials

• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication
• 🤝 Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• 📈 Good customer/student relationship management
• 🗂️ Ability to handle multiple leads and learners simultaneously
• 🎯 Strong ownership and accountability
• ⏱️ Good organizational and time-management skills
• 💻 Comfortable working with CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
• 💡 Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion processes
• ⭐ 1–4 years of experience in training coordination, inside sales, student counselling, customer success, or similar roles preferred
