Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers comprehensive exposure to HR functions, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and supporting HR initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
• 🤝 Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
• 🗂️ Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• ❓ Coordinate with employees for HR policy and process queries.
• 🎉 Support HR initiatives like engagement activities and events.
• 📊 Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Any graduate; MBA/BBA in HR preferred.
• 💡 Candidates with 1-2 HR internships preferred.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 💻 Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 🧐 Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• 🚀 Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
