🎯 About the Role
Create engaging and empathetic content for social media and ads to help grow the brand's online presence. Develop mental health-related content and write short, impactful copy aligned with the brand's voice.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads (posts, reels, short videos, blogs).
- 🧠 Develop mental health–related content around mindfulness, therapy, and self-care.
- ✍️ Write short, impactful captions, scripts, and blog content.
- 📈 Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the team on content strategy and execution.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Strong communicator who loves storytelling and understands digital audiences.
- ❤️ Passionate about mental wellness, psychology, or self-improvement.
- 🎬 Skilled in writing, short-form video ideation, or content planning.
- 🏢 Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with ownership and creativity.
- 📱 Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
- ⭐ Good sense of visual storytelling, tone, and timing in short-form content.
