🎯 About the Role

DM Travels is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to handle all ticketing processes, maintain vendor relationships, and provide excellent client service. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✈️ Handle domestic and international flight ticketing (issue, reissue, cancel, refund) via GDS and airline portals.
• 💰 Source and compare fares to secure the best rates.
• 📄 Process PNR creation, fare quotes, reconfirmation, and schedule change updates.
• 🚆 Coordinate rail and bus ticketing.
• 🤝 Manage group bookings and negotiate fares.
• 🔄 Liaise with airlines and vendors for fare disputes and refunds.
• 📈 Maintain accurate records of bookings and client payment status.
• ℹ️ Advise clients on visa documentation, baggage policies, and fare rules.
• 🆘 Handle last-minute rebookings and client emergencies.
• 📞 Coordinate with the sales team for booking conversions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⏱️ 1–3 years of experience in airline/travel ticketing; freshers with GDS certification may apply.
• 🖥️ Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) preferred.
• 📏 Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing rules, and refund/reissue processes.
• 💬 Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• 📊 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.
• 🏃 Ability to multitask under pressure.
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree; diploma/certification in travel & tourism or IATA ticketing preferred.
