This role is crucial for expanding Vensor Electricals' market presence by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the brand professionally.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
• ✨ Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
• ✨ Conduct market visits and product demonstrations.
• ✨ Explain schemes, offers, and new product launches.
• ✨ Generate orders and ensure timely collections.
• ✨ Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.
• ✨ Resolve dealer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.

💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
