Events & Experience Intern

Support the planning and execution of diverse CNBC events across APAC and EMEA, contributing to the success of high-profile editorial and commercial initiatives.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within CNBC Brand Studio, assisting in the production of live, virtual, and hybrid events. You will gain experience in vendor communication, audience management, market research, and post-event analysis, playing a key role in delivering impactful experiences for senior executives and policymakers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Assist in the production of various CNBC editorial and commercial events.
• 🤝 Communicate with vendors and partners regarding event logistics.
• 👥 Assist in the audience booking process, including curating invitation lists.
• 🔎 Source contact information through various channels for potential attendees.
• 🏛️ Source external organizations to partner with for events.
• 📧 Communicate event details to registered attendees and build relationships.
• 📊 Deliver departmental analysis/reporting, including post-event analysis.
• 🌍 Provide global insights through market research and audience list curation.
• 📝 Update various industry event lists, documents, and charts.
• ➕ Undertake any other tasks related to event organization and management.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 University student pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• ⚖️ Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
• 🗓️ Available for a full-time internship from January to June.
• 📺 Keen interest in the media industry.
• 👥 Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• ✍️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 🏃 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
