This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management. You will assist in various HR functions, contributing to the smooth execution of policies and processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⭐ Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening.
• ⭐ Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• ⭐ Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• ⭐ Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• ⭐ Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• ⭐ Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Students or graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• ⭐ Freshers interested in building a career in Human Resources.
• ⭐ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⭐ Good organizational and time management abilities.
• ⭐ Basic knowledge of HR functions preferred.
• ⭐ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.

💰 Stipend: 5000 months
