🎯 About the Role

This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to Human Resources, covering the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee record management. You will support daily HR administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth execution of HR policies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and scheduling.
• 🤝 Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• 📂 Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• 🗂️ Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• ⚙️ Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Students or graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 📅 Good organizational and time management abilities.
• 💼 Basic knowledge of HR functions is preferred.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
• 🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
