Corenest Tech LLP is seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join their HR team. This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, in a professional corporate setting.

• 🔍 Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening.
• 📅 Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• 📝 Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• 🗂️ Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• ⚙️ Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ Students or graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• ✅ Freshers interested in building a career in Human Resources.
• ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ Good organizational and time management abilities.
• ✅ Basic knowledge of HR functions is preferred.
• ✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
