This hybrid role involves developing and executing social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Drafting social media posts and basic graphic or video briefs
- 🗓️ Scheduling content across various social media channels
- 💬 Monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with the community
- 📊 Assisting in tracking key performance metrics and compiling reports
- 💡 Contributing ideas for improving reach and engagement
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Fresher or student currently pursuing/recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
- 📈 Foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- 🎨 Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing engaging copy and collaborating on visuals
- 📢 Understanding of general Marketing principles and audience targeting
- 🗣️ Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- 📱 Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and basic analytics or scheduling tools is an advantage
