As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery according to specifications. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions.
✅ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, adjusting settings as necessary.
📦 Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and reporting any defects.
⛑️ Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring safety devices and guards are in place.
📦 Maintain accurate records of production quantities and report any machine malfunctions.
🔧 Keep equipment clean and maintained, and assist with plant inventories.

✅ Requirements & Skills

💡 Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
🤔 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
🎯 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
🗣️ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
🚚 Forklift experience is preferred.
💪 Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (25lbs +).
