🛠️ Key Responsibilities

strategize Own social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
🗓️ Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
🎥 Conceptualize and produce high-performing Reels and short-form content.
🤝 Work closely with the founder to build founder-led content and personal branding.
🎨 Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators.
📣 Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
💬 Build and engage the online community.
📈 Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content.

✅ Requirements & Skills

Experience 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a D2C, fashion, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle brand.
Understanding Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and content trends.
✍️ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Creative A creative thinker with strong execution and project management abilities.
Startup Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership.
