You will drive the social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This role requires a keen eye for trends, strong storytelling abilities, and a passion for building community within one of India's fastest-growing activewear brands.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- strategize Own social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- 🗓️ Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- 🎥 Conceptualize and produce high-performing Reels and short-form content.
- 🤝 Work closely with the founder to build founder-led content and personal branding.
- 🎨 Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators.
- 📣 Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- 💬 Build and engage the online community.
- 📈 Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- Experience 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a D2C, fashion, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle brand.
- Understanding Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and content trends.
- ✍️ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative A creative thinker with strong execution and project management abilities.
- Startup Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership.
