🎯 About the Role
This role is crucial for ensuring customer success by guiding them through product adoption and providing essential support. You will conduct training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain knowledge resources to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎓 Conduct customer onboarding and product training sessions.
- 💡 Guide users on product adoption and best practices.
- 📞 Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 product support and troubleshooting.
- 📚 Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- 📈 Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- 🧪 Assist with testing and validation of new product features.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Training, Support, or Software Implementation.
- 🗣️ Strong presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- 🤔 Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
- ☁️ Experience supporting enterprise software, cloud-hosted solutions, or SaaS platforms is preferred.
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
