Senior Product Manager

Take end-to-end ownership of deep-tech products across cybersecurity, AI, and defense technologies.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves end-to-end ownership of products within AaizelTech’s deep-tech portfolio, operating at the intersection of technology, business, engineering, and AI/ML. You will translate complex technical capabilities into scalable, production-ready products, working closely with engineers, researchers, and customers. This is a high-ownership position for strategic thinkers who can execute aggressively.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔄 Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to improvement.
• 🎯 Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• 📝 Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
• 🤝 Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams on feasibility and timelines.
• 🔬 Collaborate with research teams to productionize AI/ML prototypes.
• ⚙️ Drive product development using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 📊 Prioritize features based on business value and impact.
• 🗺️ Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• 🔎 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
• 📈 Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and business outcomes.
• 🚀 Coordinate product demonstrations, pilots, and PoCs.
• 🛡️ Ensure products meet requirements for performance, reliability, and security.
• 💬 Coordinate with Business Development and Sales for proposals and presentations.
• 💡 Identify and drive resolution of product risks and dependencies.
• 📚 Ensure strong documentation of product requirements and architecture.
• 🧑‍🏫 Mentor and guide junior product managers or team members.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• 🚀 Experience building technology products, preferably in deep-tech or AI/ML.
• 🔄 Strong understanding of the software/product development lifecycle.
• 🧑‍💻 Proven experience working closely with engineering and technical teams.
• 🎯 Ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured product requirements.
• 📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• 🤝 Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🚀 Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• 💡 Technical understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, etc.
