🎯 About the Role
This internship is pivotal in linking learners with job opportunities by ensuring accurate data management and effective coordination between learners, the placement team, and clients. You will play a key role in the efficient execution of placement activities.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Collect, update, and maintain learner and placement data
- 🧹 Clean, validate, and standardize data
- 📈 Prepare regular status reports and dashboards
- 📞 Act as the point of contact for learners on placement-related queries
- 🤝 Follow up with learners for profile completion and attendance
- 📧 Maintain regular communication with client SPOCs
- 🚀 Help plan and run placement activities such as drives and interviews
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📚 Sound understanding of data handling and data cleaning
- 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication
- 🤹 Good coordination and follow-up discipline
- 💼 Confidence in speaking with clients and learners professionally
- ✈️ Willingness to travel for client meetings
- 🧐 Attention to detail, ownership, and a sense of urgency
- 📊 Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
