🎯 About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop communication and employer branding materials for a prominent regional food and agribusiness company. You will work closely with the Talent Engagement team to enhance internal communications and support engagement events.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Create communication templates for internal comms and values statements.
- ✍️ Assist in writing and creating internal communication materials like posters and decks.
- 🤝 Assist in planning and facilitating engagement events.
- 📣 Assist in writing and creating employer branding materials.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Students pursuing HR, Psychology, Communications, or related courses.
- ✨ Creative and detail-oriented with proficiency in Canva.
- 🎬 Able to edit posters and short videos.
- ⏳ Must complete at least 400 internship hours.
- 🏠 Willing to work on a hybrid setup (Makati and WFH).
