This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting HR projects. You will work closely with HR professionals to develop essential communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- 📢 Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- 🔍 Source candidates through databases and screen resumes.
- 🤝 Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- 📈 Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
- 🌟 Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- ⭐ Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
- 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 💯 Highly organized with attention to detail.
- 🏠 Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup.
