🎯 About the Role

This role offers a blend of recruitment coordination and employer branding support, providing exposure to HR processes, marketing initiatives, and internal communications. You will play a key part in managing recruitment schedules, candidate communication, and content creation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• 🗂️ Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• 📧 Respond to basic candidate inquiries and provide application status updates.
• 📢 Post job openings and recruitment updates across job boards and social media.
• 🌟 Assist in promoting company culture and workplace activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 📱 Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• 👍 Ability to manage various recruitment and branding initiatives.
• 💻 Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift.
• ⚙️ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
