🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• 📊 Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization areas.
• 💡 Support optimization based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS).
• 👥 Assist in audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
• 📝 Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• 📊 Track campaign spends, leads, conversions, and prepare performance reports.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 📱 Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
• 📈 Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• 💡 Ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• 🚀 Strong execution and follow-through.
• 🎓 1-3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing.
• 🏢 Prior experience in EdTech is mandatory.
• 💻 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
