Contribute to the visual merchandising strategies of a renowned Italian luxury brand, known for its timeless craftsmanship and vibrant spirit.
π― About the Role
Support the rollout of visual merchandising and POSM strategies across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. You will work closely with regional and local teams to implement VM plans consistently and gain hands-on experience in the full VM process.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Support the rollout of Visual Merchandising and POSM strategies.
- π€ Work closely with regional and local teams for VM implementation.
- π Track and review in-store launch installations and consolidate feedback.
- π¦ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage POSM allocation.
- π¨ Provide design adaptation support to local markets.
- π Gain hands-on experience in a multi-market environment.
β Requirements & Skills
- ποΈ Able to commit 6 months full time internship from Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
- π Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- π£οΈ Strong communication skills.
- π‘ Demonstrate problem-solving and project management skills.
- π― Strong accountability and ability to work independently.
- π» High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint.
