Finance Intern

Support daily finance operations and gain exposure to financial processes within a dynamic, international luxury watch brand.

🎯 About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in finance administration, accounts payable, and financial controls by assisting the Finance team with various tasks, contributing to the efficient execution of financial activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Support verification of employee expense claims and petty cash submissions.
• 🧾 Assist in the review and validation of invoices.
• 💰 Support the preparation of payment vouchers and maintaining financial records.
• 🏦 Assist with the review and reconciliation of boutique-related invoices.
• 💳 Support the monitoring of incoming payments.
• 📦 Assist the Finance team with stock take activities and inventory exercises.
• 📄 Support the preparation of documentation for GST reviews and audits.
• 🗄️ Maintain accurate filing, scanning, and archiving of finance documents.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 📅 Available to commence on 15 October 2026 and commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
• 📊 Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn financial processes and controls.
• 🗂️ Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• 💡 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 🗣️ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🚀 Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• 🤝 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

💰 Allowance: S$1,200 - S$1,500 per month

⏳ Duration: 6 months
