We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export activities and freight operations. You will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods, working closely with partners and internal departments.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export coordination.
- ๐ Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
- ๐ฆ Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Communicate with freight forwarders, 3PL agencies, and suppliers.
- โ๏ธ Ensure compliance with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- ๐ค Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the shipping process.
- ๐๏ธ Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Bachelorโs degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- ๐ผ 0โ2 years of relevant industry experience (fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply).
- โ๏ธ Familiarity with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- ๐ Strong knowledge of import/export operations and freight management.
- ๐ Proficiency in managing import/export documentation.
- ๐ฌ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ๐ช Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- ๐ High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.
- ๐ป Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
