🎯 About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export activities and freight operations. You will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods, working closely with partners and internal departments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚚 Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export coordination.
- 📄 Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
- 📦 Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- 🗣️ Communicate with freight forwarders, 3PL agencies, and suppliers.
- ⚖️ Ensure compliance with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the shipping process.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 💼 0–2 years of relevant industry experience (fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply).
- ✈️ Familiarity with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- 📈 Strong knowledge of import/export operations and freight management.
- 📄 Proficiency in managing import/export documentation.
- 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 💪 Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- 🔍 High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.
- 💻 Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
