PCB Designer (RF & High-Speed)

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a passionate PCB Designer to support our RF and high-speed hardware development initiatives. This role involves designing complex PCBs, ensuring signal and power integrity, and preparing manufacturing outputs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Design RF and high-speed PCBs using Cadence Allegro and OrCAD
• 📝 Create detailed schematics, footprint creation, component placement, and PCB routing
• ⚡ Ensure signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal performance across designs
• 📏 Apply best practices for RF layout, impedance control, and high-speed signaling
• manufacturing outputs including Gerber files, BOMs, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings
• 👥 Coordinate with hardware, RF, and manufacturing teams for design reviews and issue resolution
• 🛠️ Support PCB fabrication, assembly, and bring-up activities

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 🧰 Strong proficiency in Cadence Allegro and OrCAD
• 💡 Good understanding of impedance matching, RF layout rules, and high-speed design constraints
• 🏭 Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, stack-ups, DFM/DFA rules
• 📄 Ability to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and reference designs
