🎯 About the Role

This 10-week paid internship provides hands-on experience with internal audit, SOX compliance, and risk evaluations. You'll work closely with the corporate internal audit team, assisting in control testing, process documentation, and identifying potential risks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚶 Participate in walkthroughs with control owners and assist in evaluating control design.
• ⚠️ Support risk identification for operational inefficiencies and control deficiencies.
• 📝 Help review, update, and document business processes and control procedures.
• ✅ Perform testing of key controls for the Company’s SOX 404 program.
• 💡 Identify and communicate SOX control deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• 📊 Utilize data analysis tools for transaction testing and anomaly identification.
• 📄 Assist in drafting audit findings and recommendations.
• 🗣️ Present your internship learnings and contributions to executive leadership.
