• ⛏️ Learn and optimize mechanical, maintenance, and production processes at aggregate sites.
• 📊 Collect and analyze data to identify process correlations and contribute to project strategies.
• 🚚 Gain hands-on experience with daily mine operations including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.
• ⚙️ Understand the maintenance and operation of heavy mining equipment.
• 🤝 Collaborate with geology, engineering, and safety departments.
