π― About the Role
Join the Compliance team of a significant hedge fund, supporting its operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will gain exposure to licensing applications, employee compliance, due diligence, and regulatory filings.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Assist with the preparation and submission of licensing applications.
- π Support the maintenance of licensing and regulatory records.
- π Maintain and monitor staff training records for compliance.
- π Follow up with employees on outstanding compliance certifications and submissions.
- π Support vendor due diligence by collecting and reviewing documentation.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a Bachelorβs degree, preferably in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or Public Policy.
- π Demonstrated interest in governance, risk, regulation, and compliance.
- β High level of integrity and professionalism.
- π‘ Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- π§ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
