🎯 About the Role
This six-month internship involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations. You will gain experience in technical support, network administration, system administration, and asset management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
- 🔧 Install, configure, and maintain IT peripherals.
- ⚙️ Troubleshoot operating system, email, and application issues.
- 🌐 Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- 🗄️ Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
- 📚 Maintain IT support tickets and technical documentation.
- 📦 Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 🖥️ Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- ☁️ Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and email systems.
- 🌐 Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- 👨💼 Familiarity with Active Directory and user administration.
- 🛠️ Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- 💡 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- 🤝 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
